Finding a Powerhouse Real Estate Agent

In the ever-evolving world of real estate, standing out from the crowd of agents requires more than just a basic understanding of the market. It demands a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and real life experience. The three things that truly set myself apart from other real estate agents are my knowledge in the following: real estate investing, renovation and design capabilities, and the invaluable trait of being a local expert.

  1. Real Estate Investing: As an agent with real life experiences in owning both multifamily and personal properties, I have the ability to give my clients not only calculations on how their prospective properties will perform, but also knowledge on how to handle certain predicaments that may come up with tenants. I also understand the intricacies of identifying properties with potential, calculating returns on investment, and maximizing profits. My clients trust me to help them make informed decisions and navigate the complex world of real estate investments -- hopefully with a few laughs and entertaining stories along the way.

Renovation Design: I have had to renovate every single investment property I've purchased and with that comes the experience to see beyond the current state of a property and envision its full potential. Knowing what updates will give you a good return is crucial in not wasting money! Once I help clients find the right property for their real estate investing goals, I have a talented design team AND renovation crew under Fox Homes to help make those visions a reality. If you have a smaller budget or need to get crafty with your updates, I have an extensive list of local subcontractors I can put you in touch with as well.

  3. Local Expertise: One of the most crucial aspects of being an exceptional real estate agent is having a pulse of the local market. My knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and community dynamics within an area is invaluable to my clients. I also have a strong network of local connections with other real estate agents and skilled lenders giving my clients access to off-market opportunities and providing them with a seamless real estate experience. On another note: reputation is so incredibly important in this industry -- having an agent that "plays nice" with others can truly make or break a multiple offer situation.
